Can I read without an internet connection?
The collection is designed for connected online reading. Offline reading and downloadable story files are not included.
Can my family read together?
The family licence covers personal reading within your household. School or organisational use needs a separate licence.
I cannot find my sign-in email
Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you used the same email as your purchase. Request a new link if the previous one has expired. If the problem continues, email us.
Can I give someone my account or story link?
Please don’t share account access beyond your household. Friends can try the free sampler or buy their own collection.
